The new modern building, which resides within the city’s dense governmental district, completes the restoration of the Pariser Platz and marks the return of the United States to the storied site. Sussman/Prejza worked with the architect to develop a signage program which subtly incorporates text from the United States Constitution.  S/P also designed the iconic stainless steel sculpture of the Great Seal which celebrates the civic procession of the Rotunda entry hall.
