Identity Design on Surface and in Space

SP&CO is currently working with the Vanke Real Estate Company in Guangzhou, China to develop an identity and wayfinding system for a new and significant addition to their residential portfolio. The Fortune Way project features over 50 levels of residential units in the historic center of Guangzhou. SP&CO has interpreted significant cultural icons such as dragon and water forms and developed them in a contemporary and sculptural vocabulary. Our exterior identity features are dynamic and bold while maintaining a connection to their historic precedents.

City of Kenmore: Signage, Wayfinding & Pageantry

Kenmore Washington is a young lakeside city located just minutes from downtown Seattle. As part of their new Economic Development Plan, Kenmore is attempting to clarify their developing image and distinguish themselves from neighboring communities. Working with the City, SP&CO is developing a distinctive wayfinding system and seasonal banner programs for the City’s downtown thoroughfares. The new programs will highlight the civic center, the inherent beauty of the natural landscape, and its unique site "by the lake".

Deborah Sussman's Design Exhibition at WUHO Gallery
January 18th, 2014

"Deborah Sussman loves L.A." featured her groundbreaking design work from 1953 to 1984 for such clients as Hasbro, LACMA, the Hollywood Bowl, and the Los Angeles Olympics. Reproductions, prints, and documentation graced floor to ceiling and wall to wall at the WUHO Gallery in West Hollywood. The show reached its finale last month.
